Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Caserxy, you can return it and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Similar or not.

You just have to return us the product with the label up for 30 days from the date of your purchase. You can keep the wipes and the thank you card. We will refund you the money after 1 day of receiving the product at our warehouse.

Any product must be returned with the label, receipt, and in the original packaging.

So, please save the receipt.
